JaCSA Mandeville Chapter Launch

Have you ever walked into an establishment and encountered an unfriendly customer service representative or you simply felt unwelcomed, but was forced to stay because of the need for the service offered by the entity?  I am sure that many of us can identify with this scenario. After such a negative experience, did you feel the need to assist that organization in improving its customer service?  Or perhaps you resolved that you would improve the customer service that you offer at your place of employ. But do you have the skills and knowledge to change the situation? Well, do not despair! A new day has dawned!  On Thursday, February 15, 2018, a group of like-minded people gathered in the Field View Conference Room, of Northern Caribbean University, for the re-launch of the Mandeville Chapter of the Jamaica Customer Service Association (JaCSA). JaCSA is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates service excellence while transforming individuals and organizations into world-class service providers.

The mission of JaCSA is to promote the development and awareness of customer service excellence through research, education, training and networking. The head office is located at 39 Hope Road, Kingston 10, with branches in Montego Bay, St. James, and Mandeville, Manchester.
