Photographic Highlights- CCRJC's Graduation Ceremony

The Community Counselling and Restorative Justice Centre (CCRJC), an outreach arm of Northern Caribbean University (NCU) continues to touch the lives of Manchester residents through the Empowerment Training Seminars. Over 80 participants from various communities are the latest success stories who have graduated from the Empowerment Training Programme on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the Cecil Charlton Hall in Mandeville. During the ceremony, Honourable Peter Bunting, Minister of National Security and Member of Parliament for Central Manchester, presented a cheque valuing $250,000 to the World Bank sponsored programme.
